This week I am sharing my favorite Dermalogica skincare products with you all. In college, I had a guy friend who used Dermalogica so I attributed it to being a men’s skincare brand. Turns out that’s not the case. It’s a unisex brand and perfect if you and your beau want to save bathroom space by using the same products. I’ve been using these products for a few months now and they’re staples in my skincare routine.
Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF 50 Broad Spectrum
I switch off between this SPF moisturizer and my tinted moisturizer. The Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF is perfect to wear under makeup or when going to the gym. It does not feel like sunscreen in the slightest way. Plus, it is ultra moisturizing and good to know my skin is being protected from the sun.
Special Cleansing Gel
This is my daily face wash. It’s simple and does the trick by thoroughly removing impurities without disturbing my skin’s natural moisture balance. I use this morning and night to feel instantly refreshed. Plus, with a bottle this large, I won’t run out for a very long time. Just a little bit of this product goes a long way!
Multi-Active Toner
I used to apply my toner with a cotton pad but kept wondering how much of the product was just being soaked up by the cotton and not getting on my skin. That is why I like this spray toner in a bottle. It ‘s a lightweight spray that leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. It helps prep skin for moisture absorption for your other products.
Nightly Lip Treatment
I wasn’t too sure about this lip treatment when I first got it. But I find myself amused by the metal tip applicator. It’s like a mini lip massage at my desk and the product itself is quite moisturizing. It is made to firm, hydrate and restore not only your lips but also the region around them while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s literally like lotion for your lip region.
Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque
I’ve been getting into at home facials more and more and this recovery masque is a weekly routine for me. I’ve noticed a difference in my kin. It feels more elastic, hydrated and clear. This is masque is one of my weekly go-to’s when I need a pick me up. I simply apply it, leave it for 15 minutes, then rinse off and apply my daily SPF moisturizer.
