First weekend of fall in the bag and it was a good one! So I thought I’d share a little weekend recap of some fun activities I did the last few days…beginning with Thursday since that makes the weekend feel even longer. I attended a Kendra Scott event supporting the Pablove Foundation and picked up the prettiest bracelets and earrings. I hadn’t been to the new Century City mall and really love the improvements they’ve made. I walked into the new Zara store and seriously scored. I went in for a sweater and walked out with soooo many goodies I’ll be sharing soon here on the blog!

Friday night my friends and I sat out on the balcony enjoying wine and a charcuterie board. I can’t believe I went all those years not eating prosciutto. What was I thinking?! I love throwing little impromptu get-togethers like that and making use of my many cheese boards.

Saturday morning I decided to do a full fall home decor revamp. I put away all my summer items and pulled out all my fall home decor.  After I set up the fall items I looked around and took a look through my fall home decor Pinterest board and made a list of items I wanted to add. I really love this DIY candle idea and this leaf decor piece. I took a trip to Home Goods and ended up with a few items that I’ll show you in an upcoming fall home decor post!

I’ve also been doing a ton of fall cleaning. Going through my closet and decor and giving away anything I am not absolutely in love with. When you are surrounded by things you love, your home does not feel as cluttered.

Saturday night Herman and I had a double date at Stonehaus (where we had our first date.)Apparently, this place is the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights with live music great wine. We ordered yet another charcuterie board and a pizza. Then Sunday was one of those perfect lazy days where all we did was eat, sleep and watch movies all day.

Excited to share this look with you that Brittney and I shot a few months ago. With our alternating weather here in LA (we had a few cool fall days) I’m not able to wear my big chunky sweaters and boots quiet yet. If you want to see a few other ways to transition your look to fall check out this post here. Thanks for stopping by!

xoxo,
Laura
