Abbot Kinney

As part of my New Year’s resolutions, I am exploring more of Los Angeles. This of course includes the famous Abbot Kinney street full of boutiques, cafes, and food trucks. It was a bit difficult not to walk into every cute clothing store during this photo shoot. I definitely want to try out a few of the restaurants. I just cannot believe I have lived in LA all these years and not explored this part of the city!

This graphic print outfit is actually a crop top and matching skirt I bought at Target last year. I love how the yellow blazer brings out the small bit of yellow in the print.  I am going to work on mixing and matching these two pieces more with other outfits. The bright blue bag from Mellow World adds a fun touch (previously seen here.) Don’t let my dressed up outfit fool you- most people on Abbot Kinney dress very Cali casual (sandals, loose-fitting clothes and yoga pants.) Let me know if you have any suggestions for which restaurants and boutiques I should try out first!
