I dedicate this post to all my readers that are trying to survive freezing temperatures right now. I know exactly how you feel, I great up in MinneSNOWta! That is why on lovely days mid February when I can just wear a dress and light sweater, I know I am very lucky.

I call this my lunch date dress. You can go to lunch, eat your heart out and the ruffles will cover your little food baby afterwards. Throw on a statement necklace or some lovely lip gloss and bam! The attention is brought back to your face…or neck, just anything above your waist line is good.

A recap of my visit to the @dermatology.collective to get an IPL with Board Certified Dermatologist @dr.tomassian.

A weekend spent wine tasting in Santa Ynez 🍷
@apotratz planned the entire weekend and it was perfect.
Each time we go we like to try new restaurants and wineries and then revisit old favorites.

Aaron is a member at @gaineyvineyard and @saarloosandsons so those are always on the list.

This time we spent a day in Los Alamos and it was incredible! Brunch at @skyviewlosalamos wine tasting in town ending with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had at @bellslosalamos.

My Gluten-Free Linguini Bolognese Pasta Recipe 🍝
Save this post for a super quick and easy dinner that you can make in 20 minutes!

This pasta dish is one of my absolute favorites and you’d never know it’s Gluten-free 😉

Ingredients:
-@taste_republic cauliflower linguini noodles (available at @costco)
-24 oz marinara pasta sauce
-1 lb beef
-2 garlic gloves finaly grated
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tsp black petter
-1/4 cup grated onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley or basil
-olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles. Stir frequently for 3 mintues. Drain.
2. Mix beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add beef and brown.
4. Pour marinara sauce over the beef and mix well.
5. Pour bolognese sauce over linguini noodles and enjoy!
