Day 4 of Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week was bittersweet. I was so excited for another day in New York City, but sad that it would be my last for a few months. My day consisted of stopping by the Vogue lounge, the Tracy Reese runway show, an outfit photo shoot in Central Park (OMG it was cold) and lunch with the girls.
I wore a similar style coat to Rach Parcell of Pink Peonies (love her style.) I love her Alice & Olivia coat with a fur trim. My look was very similar with a detablachle faux fur trim I made myself (seen here and here.) The dress is by one of my new favorite brands: Clover Canyon and one of my latest Ebay purchases ($75 score!) I am currently saving up to go crazy at their next sample sale! I will note that this dress is polyester, not neoprene like CC dresses usually are. My mom’s vintage Louis Vuitton bag kept me company- it was nice to have piece of her with me everywhere I went. My trust Ross find booties kept my feet warm and dry.
The girls and I stopped by the Vogue Runway Retreat lounge to warm up a bit and check out the latest Brahmin handbag styles. The baby blue rose version in the photo above was definitely my favorite.
After the lounge we took a cab to Soho to attend the Tracy Reese show. The graphic cape and fringe coat definitely caught my eye. Glad to see these trends coming in as I am in love with them! The sleeveless sweater with an A-line skirt is so chic and perfect for fall. All runway photos courtesy of Tracy Reese.
So glad to have spent another Fashion Week season in NYC. Until next time…Check out my other New York Fashion Week outfits and let me know which one is your favorite!
