Spring Maxi Dress

Sometimes there are few words to describe how you felt at a certain point in time, but a picture can say it all. This two-toned pleated maxi dress by Jessica Simpson is everything. I felt like a modern princess wearing it. At 5’9″ it can be diffulct to find a maxi dress that I can acuallyt wear heels with. Let alone 4″ heels like these suede fringe booties. I love that this dress also fits into multiple occasion categories. A date night, a formal affair, a wedding, just to name a few. And you are in luck! The dress is currently on SALE! A recap of my visit to the @dermatology.collective to get an IPL with Board Certified Dermatologist @dr.tomassian.

A weekend spent wine tasting in Santa Ynez 🍷
@apotratz planned the entire weekend and it was perfect.
Each time we go we like to try new restaurants and wineries and then revisit old favorites.

Aaron is a member at @gaineyvineyard and @saarloosandsons so those are always on the list.

This time we spent a day in Los Alamos and it was incredible! Brunch at @skyviewlosalamos wine tasting in town ending with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had at @bellslosalamos.

My Gluten-Free Linguini Bolognese Pasta Recipe 🍝
Save this post for a super quick and easy dinner that you can make in 20 minutes!

This pasta dish is one of my absolute favorites and you’d never know it’s Gluten-free 😉

Ingredients:
-@taste_republic cauliflower linguini noodles (available at @costco)
-24 oz marinara pasta sauce
-1 lb beef
-2 garlic gloves finaly grated
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tsp black petter
-1/4 cup grated onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley or basil
-olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles. Stir frequently for 3 mintues. Drain.
2. Mix beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add beef and brown.
4. Pour marinara sauce over the beef and mix well.
5. Pour bolognese sauce over linguini noodles and enjoy!
