Girls Getaway at the Westlake Village Inn
You have heard me talk about the Westlake Village Inn here on the blog at least a dozen times. This luxury resort is one of my favorite places to visit in Southern California and for good reason… it is like a slice of Tuscany without leaving the States! The entire property is absolutely beautiful, especially this time of year when everything is in bloom. (A bougainvillea lover’s dream!) And each of the restaurants offers delicious menu choices no matter what time of day you go.
I had the pleasure of sharing my latest trip to the Westlake Village Inn with Elizabeth, Melanee, and Sydne. We stayed in the Villa Azul, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with both a front and back patio. The latter offers a view of the pool and a private jacuzzi. This suite is often booked for wedding parties so we were luckily able to grab it for our girls trip!
We arrived on Sunday just in time for the annual Rosé All May celebration at The Stonehaus. The event offered various rosé tastings, live music, oysters, and plenty of fabulous photo opportunities. After a few wine tastings, we changed and headed to Mediterraneo for dinner. We shared a few different dishes. My personal favorites being the crispy lemon parmesan broccoli florets, spaghetti cacio e pepe, meatballs, and grilled branzino. And the warm toffee butter cake was a dessert to remember! We ended the night enjoying the relaxing hot tub on our patio overlooking the evening lights from the pool.

The next morning we ordered room service and headed to the pool for some relaxation. Westlake Village Inn offers two pools, a family-friendly pool near our suite, and an adult-only pool that is part of the new buildings added to the hotel. We decided to utilize the pool directly below our room but did manage to walk the grounds on our way to The Stonehaus to grab lunch and visit some of my favorite spots around the property. The Stonehaus almond milk latte and Mediterraneo salad are always my go-to for lunch. For dinner, we came back to capture a few photos in the vineyards before grabbing a table by the fireplace and ordering a Margherita pizza and a wine.
