It wasn’t a city I would’ve picked out for myself, especially in the month of February. However, it was such an incredible place to visit. The people were so kind and the hospitality above and beyond not only at the historic @hotelnorthland hotel, but everywhere we went.

I got to experience things like feeding over 1000 ducks and geese at the @baybeachwildlifesanctuary 🦆
rent a bike from @broken_spoke_bike_shop and ride along the Fox River 🚲, not to mention eat endless amounts of cheese because when in Wisconsin….. 🧀

2016 ✨ I am absolutely loving this trend!!

2016 was the height of my fashion blogging career. New York fashion week twice a year, I left my corporate career and took my influencer business full-time. My work was about capturing a beautiful outfit with a photo. I used to blog three times a week back then. Looking back, I wish I would’ve kept all these outfits. Even if they wouldn’t fit me now, they were some of my favorites.

From bare studs to my favorite backyard escape ✨
 This little shed went through a major transformation to become a multi-use space I can actually live in—gym days, extra office hours, cozy nights with friends, and even the perfect spot to fall asleep listening to the rain. ☔️

One of the biggest game changers was the flooring. I used @officialselectsurfaces SPC rigid core vinyl in the color Riverside, and it completely elevated the space. The warm, light vinyl flooring tone instantly brightened everything up, made the room feel larger, and was surprisingly DIY-friendly—I even installed over half of it myself. 🙋🏻‍♀️💃🏻

It’s still a work in progress, but I’m so proud of how far this sea shed has come. Proof that with a little vision (and a lot of learning), you really can transform anything.

I know that if my grandmother and my father were alive today, they would be in the streets alongside the brave protesters, fighting for a free Iran. My grandmother would be shouting every unapologetic Persian curse word she ever taught me—the ones I still remember without hesitation.

First date night of 2026 at the iconic @millshousehotel. I’ve never loved a city as much as I love Charleston. Constantly in awe of the rich history and beauty of this place.

The Aiken Hoofbeats Parade was a success! 🥳❤️🎄 When I first learned about a little town named Aiken and their annual haunted hoofbeats parade, I knew it was something that I wanted to do see for myself. Last year, I nearly rented a room at the @thewillcox Hotel and went with Lady just to see it in person.

This year to be able to get to experience it with new friends, and actually ride in the parade was a joy I cannot even express in words.
