Happy Monday loves! I’m excited to share a few easy spring hairstyles with you today!
I love a beautiful hair-do, but in all honestly, I am not the best at perfectly styling my own hair. The good news is that all it takes is a little effort and a pretty accessory to step up your hair game! I’ve partnered with France Luxe to show you four pretty and very simple spring hairstyles!
Spring Hairstyles Look One: Retro Waves
This is my go-to look for almost every occasion. It’s so simple to do and is really easy to accessorize! All I do is set my hair in rollers for about 20 minutes and spray with hair spray while they set. Right before I am about to walk out the door I take the rollers out and add a pretty little accessory like this star barrette. Sometimes if I am running late or have extra time before my event, I’ll leave the house in my rollers and take them out as soon as I get to my destination. That way my curls are extra bouncy as I walk in the door!
Spring Hairstyles Look Two: Half-Up, Half-Down
I probably wear my hair like this 99% of the time because it’s pretty and keeps my hair out of my eyes. Plus, no matter what kind of hair you have, curly, wavy, or straight, anyone can wear this hair style! Create this style by separating your hair into to parts ( I use my index fingers starting at my ears and going around to the back of my head until they meet.) Then grab a pretty bow barette, snap it in, make sure it’s even in the back of your head and voila! You hair is ready for any occasion!
Spring Hairstyles Look Three: Low Pony Tail
Another easy style I love to create is just a low pony tail with a few pony holders wrapped around my hair. For a little extra impact: I like to tease the hair around the top of my head (the crown) and then slick my hair back into a pony tail hiding the part I teased. The teasing factor adds just a bit of wow!
Spring Hairstyles Look Four: Ballerina Bun
This bun may look complicated, but it’s not, I promise. It just takes a little bit of practice! First step is to create a pony tail, high or low, where ever you want your bun to rest on your head. Then I slide a hair doughnut (you can also use a sock!) over the end of the pony tail and slowly roll my hair around it back to my head and secure with bobby pins. Lastly, I accessorized my ballerina bun with this beautifully beaded headwrap.
