Every once in a while, I will attend an event or hear a panel that truly inspires me to continue chasing my dreams. Recently I attended the Style 2020 event in Newport Beach held at the Fashion Island Hotel. This event did just that. I left feeling that I can accomplish anything if I am willing to work hard enough. I listened to a panel of men and woman who have found something they love to do every day. You can hear the excitement in their voices when they speak and you see their happiness from the inside out.
Style 2020 is a personal style consulting company, based out of Newport Beach, California. I love Style2020’s approach to their clients. They work to improve the all around happiness and confidence of each person they work with. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa, the Vice President of Style 2020. I spotted her silver Prada bow pumps from across the room and we instantly clicked over the difficultly of finding designer shoes in size 41. A few of her clients were even there to support the event and speak on behalf of their experience with Style2020. Truly amazing.
For this special occasion, I wore my latest Clover Canyon purchase. I love how bold it is and instantly makes a statement about my style when I walk into a room. Style to me is a way to express yourself without having to say a word. This dress speaks perfectly for me: bold, colorful and not afraid to take chances.
