Off the Shoulder

When I first brought this off- the shoulder striped dress home, my sister told me it looked like pajamas. But as soon as I belted it and put on some heels she changed her mind and decided it was cute. Just goes to show how a few accessories can totally change your look.

I have curves and always prefer to show them off rather than hide them. The easiest way to do  with a majority of dresses is to belt them.  A belt gives shape to an otherwise boxy piece of clothing. I wore this dress during my trip to Las Vegas. It got a bit wrinkled in my suitcase, but nothing too crazy. It is a great light weight and casual option for a day of touring.

I’ve been wearing these sandals none stop and love them! They are so simple and go with any look. So I think i’ll treat myself to this color for my birthday in May 🙂
