Romper Love

I have a love/hate relationship with rompers. They are so cute and easy to dress up or down. Yet, they never seen to be long enough for my 5’9″ frame giving me a serious camel toe, or making me feel like I am going to burst the seams at any moment if I move my arms at all. I didn’t take long for me to grow head over heels for this Jessica Simpson romper. Not only is it long enough, but the fabric makes it super easy to move in. The floral pattern is also adorable and peplum on a romper!? Yes please! That way I don’t have to be thinking about sucking in all day. I can just enjoy my one piece in peace.

A recap of my visit to the @dermatology.collective to get an IPL with Board Certified Dermatologist @dr.tomassian.

A weekend spent wine tasting in Santa Ynez 🍷
@apotratz planned the entire weekend and it was perfect.
Each time we go we like to try new restaurants and wineries and then revisit old favorites.

Aaron is a member at @gaineyvineyard and @saarloosandsons so those are always on the list.

This time we spent a day in Los Alamos and it was incredible! Brunch at @skyviewlosalamos wine tasting in town ending with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had at @bellslosalamos.

My Gluten-Free Linguini Bolognese Pasta Recipe 🍝
Save this post for a super quick and easy dinner that you can make in 20 minutes!

This pasta dish is one of my absolute favorites and you’d never know it’s Gluten-free 😉

Ingredients:
-@taste_republic cauliflower linguini noodles (available at @costco)
-24 oz marinara pasta sauce
-1 lb beef
-2 garlic gloves finaly grated
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tsp black petter
-1/4 cup grated onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley or basil
-olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles. Stir frequently for 3 mintues. Drain.
2. Mix beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add beef and brown.
4. Pour marinara sauce over the beef and mix well.
5. Pour bolognese sauce over linguini noodles and enjoy!
