I never thought I would have to ask myself what to wear to a Jamaican themed rooftop event. It took me some time to figure this one out. Finally, I decided on a my tribal printed Swell maxi dress for the vibrant tropical vibe. This is definitely a more dressed up version than the last time I featured it on the blog. Adding a faux leather vest was my attempt to keep warm on the windy rooftop. Let me just say that next time I am going to wear a jacket with sleeves because it got very cold once the sun went down.
The event was a lot of fun. Stuffed chickens were taped to inflatable life saver shaped rafts and the appetizers were delicious. I could have eaten an entire plate of the fried rice balls. It was great to catch up with fellow fashion bloggers and friends.
