Happy Monday ya’ll! All I wanted from Santa this year was to find a home and move in before Christmas. This past weekend my wish came true and I am the happiest girl in the world. The first item I put up was the bar cart, as you might have seen on my Instagram. Something I have been looking forward to for months! Within an hour it was filled with booze and the celebration began. Now I just have to get Christmas tree and find the box with my ornaments and I’ll be ready for Christmas!A huge thank you to my family, my boyfriend, Ellen, Deanna and everyone that helped make this weekend a success.

A recap of my visit to the @dermatology.collective to get an IPL with Board Certified Dermatologist @dr.tomassian.

A weekend spent wine tasting in Santa Ynez 🍷
@apotratz planned the entire weekend and it was perfect.
Each time we go we like to try new restaurants and wineries and then revisit old favorites.

Aaron is a member at @gaineyvineyard and @saarloosandsons so those are always on the list.

This time we spent a day in Los Alamos and it was incredible! Brunch at @skyviewlosalamos wine tasting in town ending with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had at @bellslosalamos.

My Gluten-Free Linguini Bolognese Pasta Recipe 🍝
Save this post for a super quick and easy dinner that you can make in 20 minutes!

This pasta dish is one of my absolute favorites and you’d never know it’s Gluten-free 😉

Ingredients:
-@taste_republic cauliflower linguini noodles (available at @costco)
-24 oz marinara pasta sauce
-1 lb beef
-2 garlic gloves finaly grated
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tsp black petter
-1/4 cup grated onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley or basil
-olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles. Stir frequently for 3 mintues. Drain.
2. Mix beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add beef and brown.
4. Pour marinara sauce over the beef and mix well.
5. Pour bolognese sauce over linguini noodles and enjoy!
