A recap of my visit to the @dermatology.collective to get an IPL with Board Certified Dermatologist @dr.tomassian.

IPL stands for Intense Pulse Light. The goal of the IPL is to minimize redness, brown spots, and overall rejuvenate the skin and build collagen.

This is achieved with @poweredbymrp’s state-of-the-art technology providing the latest aesthetic device and laser technology to practices across North America.

With little to low downtime, after the procedure my skin was already glowing and no sign of any work done. IPL can be done throughout the year and for best results plan to come for multiple sessions 4 weeks apart.

A weekend spent wine tasting in Santa Ynez 🍷
@apotratz planned the entire weekend and it was perfect.
Each time we go we like to try new restaurants and wineries and then revisit old favorites.

Aaron is a member at @gaineyvineyard and @saarloosandsons so those are always on the list.

This time we spent a day in Los Alamos and it was incredible! Brunch at @skyviewlosalamos wine tasting in town ending with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had at @bellslosalamos.

My Gluten-Free Linguini Bolognese Pasta Recipe 🍝
Save this post for a super quick and easy dinner that you can make in 20 minutes!

This pasta dish is one of my absolute favorites and you’d never know it’s Gluten-free 😉

Ingredients:
-@taste_republic cauliflower linguini noodles (available at @costco)
-24 oz marinara pasta sauce
-1 lb beef
-2 garlic gloves finaly grated
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tsp black petter
-1/4 cup grated onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley or basil
-olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles. Stir frequently for 3 mintues. Drain.
2. Mix beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a large bowl
3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add beef and brown.
4. Pour marinara sauce over the beef and mix well.
5. Pour bolognese sauce over linguini noodles and enjoy!
