After a weekend of fried chicken and biscuits in South Carolina, it felt good to get back into the gym for a quick 30 minute workout that targeted glutes and abs.
Getting in shape and seeing progress takes time, but the time and effort all all worth it when you walk out feeling good, strong and healthy. Hiring a trainer to help you learn form and hold you accountable may be just what you need to keep going. @mandadude pushes me , makes sure I’m doing the exercises correctly helps me work on areas I otherwise wouldn’t think to target.

A farewell to remember. This trip to @westgateresorts Myrtle Beach has been incredible. Amazing memories, new friends, and a belly so full of good food I couldn’t even button my pants last night. (True story.) Thank you to the @westgateresorts and @zpublicrelations team for setting everything up for us. My love for the South and South Carolina has infinitely grown and now I have Myrtle Beach to check off my bucket list. Until next time!

Day 2 in Myrtle Beach with @westgateresorts and I felt like a kid all over again. 🍭 Our itinerary today consisted of a river boat cruise on the @thebarefootqueennmb, then an afternoon shopping at @barefootlanding were I came upon a merry-go-round full of horses. The kid in me just couldn’t resist. 🐎 Our day ended with dinner at @riptydzmb and another soak in jet tub in my suite with the balcony door open to listen to the waves crashing outside my balcony.
Tomorrow we explore the beach! 🏖

That’s a wrap on day 1 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Our first day itinerary consisted of:
- a tour of the @westgateresorts property 🏖
-sunset walks in the beach 🌅
-rainbow cocktails and appetizers at Drafts 🍹
-dinner at the Wicked Tuna 🍣
and ended the day with a hot bath back at the resort. 🛀

Caught a head cold so in between resting I’m trying to convert my home to fall decor since I only get to enjoy it for 30 days before I switch over to Halloween! 🎃 Started with my hutch that I eventually want to paint black, but for now, the white and floral wallpaper will have to do.
My trick to transition for fall: pick a color palette and remove items that don’t fit that color palette for things that do. For example: my fall color palette is black, beige, burnt orange and bronze. Stay tuned for more fall decor.

Took the train from Los Angeles to Paso Robles for @apotratz’s annual company #Revelry with @firestonewalker which took place at the @estrellawarbirdsmuseum. We saw World War II airplanes, F-14’s, 100 year old cars along with endless 🍻 and cheers.
