#MarriottPartner Brewing up something fun with @marriottbonvoy at the Gatherings by Sheraton event hosted by the @sheratondenverdowntown. It was fun to shop locally made products and enjoy a special potion (or two) without even having to leave the hotel! Getting to try samples of everything before I bought it made getting gifts that much more fun and you know I’m all about supporting local and fellow small business owners.

Stops along the Kancamagus Highway…. How was this place even real? Last year on our road trip through New England, Tony, Liz and I saw so many incredibly beautiful places that looked like they were straight out of a movie set. Like this vintage barn that was a picture- perfect sight as it sat quietly in the rain.

I spent yesterday afternoon cleaning out my closet of summer clothes and replacing it with my fall/winter wardrobe. It felt good to sort through things and donate items that no longer bring me joy (or can fit into.)

I won’t lie to you, it’s frustrating not being able to fit in things even from just a few years ago. I’m learning to accept that my body has changed, I’m not a size 8 anymore, and it gives me the reason to buy NEW clothes.

So this is a reminder to clean out your clothes season by season. Your refreshed wardrobe will make you feel like you have a whole new closet of items to pick from, AND it’ll help you clean out clutter. (Plus having boxes to drop off at the Goodwill gives me an excuse to go and you know I aways find treasures there!!)
