I learned a lot about chic ski resort style on my trip to Aspen last month. It was literally one of those moments where I opened my suitcase and thought “how the heck do I fashionably dress for the cold?” There is an art to chic winter dressing. It requires dealing with a number of different layers and accessories all while making sure you’ll be warm enough to handle the cold.

I wish I could tell you that it’s 70 degrees outside right now and my spring dresses don’t need any layers. That would be a lie. It’s been 50-60 degrees here in LA and raining.
