The week of my birthday celebrations has begun! Sunday I spent the day in Santa Barbara to have lunch with my brother and sister. I even got some shopping in! I highly recommend taking the day to visit State Street. It is full of all kinds of shops and restaurants and the weather is always great. Excellent weekend getaway.
On the drive up to Santa Barbara from Los Angeles, we stopped to get some fruit and I must say these are the BEST strawberries I have ever tasted, straight from Oxnard, CA.
There was also a Bonsi Tree stand. One of the trees on the top row was over 35 years old! I would love one of these for my place.
