New York Fashion Week- Day 1

Hello my lovely Lilies! It is good to be back home in Los Angeles, but I miss NYC dearly. My four days at New York Fashion Week were not enough and I already want to go back. For now, I can reminice through my photos from my trip with you. My first day was a dream come true. I could not sleep the night before due to the excitement. As soon as my high heel hit the pavement of Lincoln Center I could feel my heart pounding. I was engulfed in the wonderful world of fashion. The street style- incredible- like nothing you have every seen.

The first show to start off my trip was BCBGMAXAXRIA- a dream come true. I have always dreamed of attending this show, and I kept having to pinch myself as I watched the show begin all the way thorugh the end. The spring/summer 2014 was full of pastel colors and mixed prints. BCBG truly set the tone for the rest of fashion week. I loved the way the models floated down the runway in flowing floor length dresses. Afterwards I went backstage and came face to face with Luvob Azria herself. It was one of those starstruck moments where I just smile and say congratulations because I am too nervous to speak.

I felt so chic in my BCBGMAXAZRIA dress that day, one of the two incredible pieces I bought for $45 during my trip to the Camarillo Premium Outlets. The Lucite clutch Kier made for me captured a lot of attention as well as my beloved Valentino Rockstud heels that I only wear for specal occations such as this. I was adored with some of my favorite Stella & Dot jewels that made me feel like a modern princess.

Luckily I didn’t have to fuss with my hair that morning thanks to a great blowout by Laboratory Salon and my manicure was perfect for everyoutfit I wore thanks to the incredible team at Two Brown Eyed Girls!
